If you own a house which you spend only part of the year in and need someone to look after it in your absence, we can take care of any need that might arise, including:

General maintenance. We have access to an English speaking general builder with years of experience who is available to do any job for you, no matter how big or small.

Cleaning. Can be done by a room by room basis or whole house, whether it is a quick clean over or a big spring clean.

Gardening. All aspects of garden maintenance can be performed, from weeding your borders to lawn mowing and tidying.

Organising chimney sweeping. With the key holding facility, your chimney can be swept and cleaned before you arrive. Your chimney should be ideally swept at least twice a year.

Ordering wood.

Key Holding. We will get 2 copies of your keys cut, or alternatively you can give them to us. We will hold your keys for you. This service provides access for tradesmen and utility services should the need arise.

Linen changes. We can ensure that your bed is made for you or your guests.

Property Checks. We can make regular checks to the exterior and interior of your property to ensure that it is locked and safe. We can also check your property after extreme weather conditions to ensure there is no damage, reporting back to you via email with pictures, if you require.
